Armed officers from Police Scotland were seen at a property on Tuesday.
Police Scotland confirmed three men were arrested following intelligence from Greater Manchester Police.
A spokesperson from Police Scotland said: A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3pm on Tuesday, 26 March, 2024, officers from Police Scotland supported by specialist resources, and acting on behalf of Greater Manchester Police, arrested three men as part of a pre-planned operation in the Tulloch area of Perth.
“The three men are now in custody and there was no risk to the wider public.”
